Public art commission - by the NYC Dept. of Parks & The West Harlem Art Fund

In considering a way to communicate with both the past and present 5 letter writing stations and mailboxes were installed in St. Nicholas Park in West Harlem. Paper and pen were on hand allowing anyone to anonymously share their story of living in the neighborhood. Stories were collected weekly from the mailboxes and compiled into a zine. The zine was then distributed to the community on the last day of the installation.
